How to cook kerinci bush curry fish

 3 snapper heads and cut into two parts

 1 piece of turmeric leaf

 2 lemongrass stems, beaten or crushed

 1 coconut, make 600 ml coconut milk

 5 red chilies, split into two parts

 5 green chilies, split into two parts

 3 pieces of kandis acid

 Blended spices, as follows:

 10 red onions

 4 cloves garlic

 1 teaspoon of pepper

 5 candlenuts, roasted

 1 segment of laos / galangal

 1 turmeric segment

 1 segment of ginger

 salt to taste

 The process for making snapper head curry:

 coat the snapper's head with lime / lime juice, and drain

 saute the spices until they smell nice

 enter turmeric leaves, lemongrass, and orange leaves, then pour coconut milk and bring to a boil while stirring

 the final step, enter the snapper's head, chili pepper, candis acid, and stir until evenly distributed.

 Note:

 When cooking the snapper's head curry, the fire should not be too large, and stir gently and wait until the sauce thickens.
